Lincoln the Bartender
Abraham Lincoln is the only U.S. president who was also a licensed bartender. He was co-owner of Berry and Lincoln, a saloon in Springfield, Illinois.
Volunteer/Intern
Want to get involved? A great way to share your passion for history and education is to become a Frazier Museum volunteer.
Enthusiastically devoting their time and talents, our dedicated volunteers literally make everything we do possible.
Like most museums, Frazier Museum volunteers play an essential role in presenting educational programs, interactive gallery activities, exhibits and special events to our visitors. They serve as gallery ambassadors, program presenters, storytellers and craftsmen, among other vital jobs.
In addition to year round adult volunteer opportunities, we also offer a summer teen volunteer program (ages 14-18), as well as college internships.
