Frazier Museum Donation Request Policy

The Frazier Museum is happy to donate a Family Membership or museum admission passes (including 2 adults and 4 children) for non-profit organization fundraising events. Please send requests in writing on company letterhead at least 6 weeks in advance of the date needed.  No e-mails please. 

Please include:

• Organization Name
• Proof of non-profit status.
• Event (festival, silent auction, special event, other fundraiser, etc.)
• Date of Event
• How the donation will be used (employee incentive, door prize, silent auction item, etc.)

Due to the volume of requests we receive, notice will only be sent to those who have been approved for donation. Donations will not be given to individuals or company employee events.

Limit per month (at Frazier Museum discretion):

• 1 Family Membership
• 4 museum ticket packages (package includes tickets for 2 adults and 4 children)
